Rooted in Equity (RiE) was formed in 2021 by Levon Williams and Jessica Joy.

Levon and Jess connected over a shared passion for supporting organizations on their journey of creating and operationalizing equity, inclusion, and antiracism goals. Since 2021 RiE has developed an approach to organizational culture change that is collaborative, participatory, and outcomes focused.

RiE is a small but mighty consulting firm that has grown to include Jeanne Teodoro, Administrative Assistant. Our three member core team is nimble, flexible, and adaptive to the needs of our clients, while also leveraging our DEI expertise to guide clients on their individual and collective journeys toward transformation and collective liberation.
