  • Speaker system with a mini plug for laptop audio output

what rachel needs for virtual events:

  • We ask that you create the virtual and supply the event link

  • Producer name and contact information:

  • Please make the presenter a “co-host,” if possible.

  • Rachel uses PowerPoint slides for the presentation and prefers to advance his slides on screen share.

  • If questions will be submitted in advance, please do so before the AV check. If questions will be submitted through the Q&A or chat functions, please provide who will be moderating.

  • The Day of the Event - AV Check – 30-45 minutes before the presentation
