Dr. Eric Solomon has spent over 25 years at the intersection of marketing, psychology, and technology.

With a PhD in cognitive science—focus on AI and machine learning— Eric began his career in academia before leading brand strategy at top creative agencies and then holding senior roles at YouTube, Spotify, Google, Instagram, and Bonobos as Chief Marketing Officer. As Founder & CEO of The Human OS™, Eric is dedicated to integrating human-centric strategies for businesses and their leaders through inspirational speaking, insightful workshops, and advisory/coaching services. Eric has delivered hundreds of talks and workshops on behalf of past employers, and he’s appeared on industry stages at Cannes, AdWeek, Business Insider, and the IAB; and he has been invited to speak at The United Nations, DARPA, Yale's Center for Customer Insights, Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, and Columbia Business School, in addition to keynoting large corporate events for several Fortune 100 companies.
